Where can I download of instruction manual for Advanced FME

Do you mean the old FME Advanced training manual? Those haven't been updated since 2019 and I don't think they're available online anymore.

 

For current versions I highly recommend the FME Academy. If you're looking for the general documentation you can find that right here in the Community.
