We recently upgraded our FME server and now the file upload in Server apps is no longer working? When i click upload file the app says "There was an error uploading the file."

It would be worth confirming that the FME Core, FME Web Application and FME Engines are all running under the same service account. Beyond that, it could be a problem with file permissions, incomplete installations, or port changes due to HTTPS configuration. Typically your C:\\ProgramData\\Safe Software\\FME Server\\resources\\logs\\service\\current\\dataupload.log will have details on this issue. Feel free to create a case though and please include details of the operating system, architecture, configuration, upgrade methods, and logs files.
