Update features of ArcSDE (staging) to ArcSDE (Production)

I want to copy all the feature classes (with attachments), tables to be copied from one ArcSDE to another ArcSDE.

 

1I have added writer and in writer parameters, I have tired Feature Operation as Insert, Update, etc... Instead of updating the Feature Class, the data is getting appended to the Feature Class... Any Help on this?
