Unable to access the web interface using clean install of Server 2021.1 on Ubuntu Server 20.04.2 This is a home installation that I do not plan to expose to the public.

Have updated the Apache listening port to 8080 and updated the virtual host statement.

http://192.168.1.???:8080/

does return the Apache2 Ubuntu Default Page

 

http://192.168.1.???:8080/fmeserver

returns 404 Not found message.

 

I get same behavior on other Windows boxes with other browsers.

Hi,

This ultimately came down to a conflict between Apache and Tomcat both trying to run on port 8080.

reinstalled with Tomcat on port 8008 and all is well.
