Timezone offset does not match system offset.

@danilo_fme​  do you have a suggestion about this?

In 2024.1 I got an working Web Connection with the ‘Microsoft SharePoint Online (safe.microsoft-sharepoint)’. In the SharePointOnlineConnector when choosing ‘Site’ I got this popup

But no Translation log.

If I use ‘User Parameters’ to fill in Site and  Document Library it is possible to run the workspace

The ‘timezone’ error is shown in de log:

Message Type: fme::internal::_v0::py::Exception
Python Exception <ValueError>: Timezone offset does not match system offset: 0 != 3600. Please, check your config files.
Error encountered while calling method `input'
SharePointOnlineConnector_CALLER (PythonFactory): PythonFactory failed to process feature

Questions

1. what does the ‘timezone’ error means
2. where is the config file located

In Windows 10 it works if the timezone is set to (UTC)  in stead of ((UTC+1:00) etc.
But then my Windows clock is offset.
Can it be configured in FME in stead of Windows.
