Hi @charry​, sorry to hear you're running into this issue.

Was your OSGB file compressed by zlib? Currently we do not support OSGB files compressed with zlib.

Would you possibly be able to attach a sample workspace and the source data so that I could try reproducing the issue? If you do not want to share this data publicly, you can always upload it to our Support FTP.
