Hi @lasx thank you for providing your file so we can test it out. I tried to read in the file using FME Desktop 2021.2.5.0 Build 21816 and I ran into the same error that you experienced. I also tried reading the file in using FME Desktop 2022.1 Build 22582 and I was able to successfully read the file in and inspect it.
What version of FME are you using? Would you be able to test on 2022.1?
