I noticed that in the Coordinate System Gallery it is missing the EPSG:3794 for Slovenia. Am I correct or I am looking for something wrong?

EPSG:3794 is not not in FME, but FME does give you the ability to create your own Custom Coordinate Systems .
Also if you check the comments of this post one of our Safers, Dave created Custom Coordinate Systems for EPSG:3794 I will also attach the zipped folder here.
