How to Edit ESRI Geometry network in FME desktop 2021(Database Edition)

In order to edit geometry that is part of either a Geometric Network, or a Network Dataset, the network must be removed, the geometry edits performed, and the network rebuilt. If the user attempts to make changes to the network geometry without removing the network, the geodatabase that contains the network features may be corrupted. This article also looks at what's needed for just attribute edits too.

After removing the Geometric network tried to move Points inside the polygon but not working.

Could you please suggest any method to do so?

I'm not sure which method you used, but this tutorial on Common GIS Operations demonstrates spatial filtering. In conjunction with that incremental updates may be helpful.
