Hello to all. Help me example shema FME or give way the question regarding CityGML RasterRelief. I need to create a raster relief for the city, but at there is very little information that I can understand. I have raster GEOTIFF and how it transform to CityGML ?

Are you sure you need a RasterRelief? I don't think FME supports this. I think it should be pretty easy to add into a CityGML document already created - essentially it's just a reference to a Raster file (I think). You should look into the CityGML documentation on this.
If instead you need to create a TIN in CityGML this doable.

Has anyone ever met the rasterrelief described in citygml (-_-;) .

Yeah sorry, I'm no good with understanding xsd either. Perhaps @deanatsafe is able to figure out what a RasterRelief feature would look like in CityGML
