how can import ADE in a CityGML LOD3 model

Are you writing to OGC CityGML? To load your ADE Schema file(s), you will need to open Parameters and for the Application Domain Extension parameter select Other from the drop down menu. This will allow you to upload or add your ADE Schema File(s).
