Hi, I am an absolute begginer in using FME and I highly appreciate any outputs to my question. Anyway, I am trying to remove unnecessary areas inside of polygons (shown in the image) and connect neighbouring vertex togather.

You can try the HullReplacer or possibly the AreaAmalgamator but you'd need to tinker with the settings to find what works best for your data.
