Yes, as mentioned, please do ask for any FME or Safe Software-related help on these forums. Alternatively, you can go through our support team.
If you would like to post fun or social information, we can create a Group to do that. I think we'll create that group shortly, because we do want users to be able to socialize on the site. So keep an eye out and that group should be available in the near future.
