I believe Safe Software retired the Data Interoperability edition in late 2020, you'll have to contact your local FME reseller for more information.

FME:23 will be available with ArcGIS for Data Interoperability for ArcGIS Pro 3.2 this fall.

Hi @checcosisani, to add to what @Renato Salvaleon and @david_r have said, Safe retired the FME Data Interop edition back in 2020. The Data Interop extension is now only sold and supported by Esri, and you can keep tabs on the versions here. Hope this helps!
