FME 2019.1 creating empty duplicate of named ArcSDE version?

I use FME 2019.1 to read and manipulate features in a versioned Oracle ArcSDE geodatabase. I recently discovered that FME appears to have made a duplicate of one of my versions with test edits. See the screenshot of the duplicate version names. I have not used FME to write data back to ArcSDE, particularly not with this version. The original version (username JACOLLINS) is protected and still has test edits intact, but the FME_SERVICE version is public and has no edits (nothing returned in ArcMap version changes tool).

 

Does anyone have an idea as to how this duplication occurred? Thanks!
