Excel hyperlink to KML file and Zoom to kml_id Name Tag within Navigation Tree

I have an Excel file, a cell with a hyperlink to "Filename.KML" which does open the Google Earth.

But I'm looking for a way to have the hyperlink to open the KML and auto select the kml_id (Name Tag) within the Navigation Tree which in return will zoom to the location.
