At first, it successfully connected to the database, but later on, it started encountering errors that were resolved after some time. However, for the past four days, it has completely stopped functioning, rendering me unable to continue with the tutorial.

Hello @yusif99, sorry to hear you have had issues connecting to the database. You might consult this previous post on the topic for some troubleshooting advice. @Ryan Cragg has suggested: "Check if you are using a VPN, and try rebooting your machine. I've found that some VPNs can cause an issue, and disconnecting and/or rebooting my machine resolved the issue."
If you cannot connect, you can find a similar dataset available in Excel format here. The only major difference is that this table only has 100 records; it does not have 71 records with null geometry.
