Copy cell value to another in the same column with condition

I used the transformer AttributeManager to it this action.

If you enter the transformer you can see that the option Enable Adjacent Feature Attributes was enable:

Result in FME Data Inspector:

Attachd the Workspace template.

Thank you for your answer ! I have a 2019 FME version so I can't load the AttributeManager, can you save the workspace in an older version please ? Thank you.

you can't save a workbench as an older version, core fme components in newer versions will not exist in older versions.

What version of 2019 do you have? I had a look in 2019.2.3 and the attribute manager has adjacent feature handling - In fact, i think its been around since at least 2017... (might be wrong on that tho)
