hello, where can I find a guide/manual to perform automatic transformation (using the fme) from multi jpeg files (example 120 Image of a structure to a 3d model of dwg format (to be able open directly with AutoCad and work)

This sounds like a really neat project! Unfortunately we don't have a lot of support for photogrammetry just yet so there isn't a method I can think of to use FME to do this right now. There's an idea to Extract 3D Models from Images suggested that I'd encourage you to upvote and share your use case there. This helps inform our development team of interest in the functionality.
Mark also shared some resources in the comments about where you might be able to go for photogrammetry tools in the mean time. Sorry for the inconvenience!
