Connection to AWS RDS Postgres using Forward Proxy on FME Server

I can create an AWS RDS Postgres Reader and Writer on FME Desktop and successfully run the workspace. However after publishing the workspace FME Server it fails. It looks like Readers/Writers to AWS RDS Postgres are not using system Proxy Settings. Completed steps in manually setting the proxy:port using fme.exe in the FME Documentation.

Hi @pwilkebrown​ ,

To confirm, did you follow the steps to configure the system proxy found in the FME Server documentation? These settings can be managed from the FME Server Web UI > Admin > System Configuration > Network & Email > Proxy.

 

Does the job produce an error message when it fails? If so, please share it or the job log.
