After installing, un-installing, and re-installing FME Server 2019, I'm unable to login to the web interface using the default credentials. The error that is returned is, "Login failed, please try again."

I uninstalled again, this time making sure all FME Server services were stopped first. Then I deleted all folders and subfolders that had previously been created. After re-installing again, all is good.

If you cannot log in after performing an in place upgrade this is the most likely culprit and a good place to start your troubleshooting.
