We are planning to buy licenses for FME Desktop Database and SmallWorld editions 2018.
Are the MRF2DTransformers default included in these two editions or we'll have to purchase them separatly ?

The MRF transformers are licensed (and purchased) separately. You should contact your local FME reseller for pricing information.
