Question
I am trying to access a FME Cloud instance but am getting a consistent error. I followed http://docs.safe.com/fme_cloud/FME_Cloud/Content/About_Instances/Instance_Lifecycles.htm but with no success. Any insight into how we can get this instance up ?

If you log in to the FME Cloud management dashboard (via www.fmecloud.com) you should be able to see the status of the instance. If it's misbehaving a simple reboot may just fix it.
