Hi

I am running a flow in FME form to send some automatic email and it is working fine. However, when I publish this to FME flow, it throws an error message below:

I see in some of previous post to delete safe.emailer under reources and package. I did try that, however issue still persist.

Can anyone please help?

It appears FME Flow can't find or import the custom Python module referenced in the Emailer

Things to consider

  • Do you know if you’re IT use a proxy? They may need to whitelist URLs used by FME. Additional, some organisations block python on servers.
  • Does your FME Form and Flow versions match. When you first installed the Emailer transformer, its a python based package, check under FME options packages which version the transformer is
  • Check your workspace’s Python Compatibility setting and match it to the module’s version on FME Flow
  • If Flow running local services or a service account? If service account, check it has full access to all the install directory and flow shared resource

Hi Ji

Thank you for your answer. However, my issue gets resolved by uploading an init file on resources, for some reason when publish the flow on FME flow, that init file missed.
