I'm not sure if there is a compatibility matrix, but the newest versions should be fine.

Hello @gzerlauth, it might help to include some context of how you're looking to use FME and SQL Server 2022. For example, are we looking to use it as a format in FME Form? or maybe as a backend database in FME Flow? Historically, with new versions of SQL Server, the FME products have worked well. In any case, FME fully supports SQL Server 2022.
A few comments, similar to what @hkingsbury mentioned, if using an older version of FME with a newer database version there can occasionally be issues. Usually these issue can be overcome by using a newer FME version, so upgrades would be recommend in this instance. Of course, we do recommend your own testing to ensure full compatibility with your FME versions. Happy to help, Kailin.
