What versions of PostgreSQL/PostGIS do different versions of FME support?

I'm specifically trying to find out what versions of PostgreSQL & PostGIS(non-raster) are supported by FME "Desktop professional" version 2020.1.2. More generally it would be good to know if there is a place we can find this information for ongoing versions of various FME platforms. but could only find (in the last link) that some fixes were done to support PostgreSQL 12+
