I’m trying to use the DwgStyler to convert a GIS, point feature class to an AutoCAD drawing with inserts and attributes.

        This is a wildcard answer but i believe you are looking for the LabelPointReplacer transformer.

        You can use the DWGStyler and DWGEntitySetter after it to further customize the styling.
