I would like to use 2 UserParameter values as attribute names in my workbench. Is this possibe?

This is surely not an elegant solution but it seems to do the job:
You can try an BulkAttributeRenamer since I found you can use User Parameters when choosing what suffix/prefix you want to add to the AttributeRename. You can just choose to Rename Selected Attributes and select the attribute for FirstMoment/SecondMoment and then choose the corresponding user parameter in the “string” parameter. Maybe these screenshots help:
