I am trying to tranfer the objects into the internal world's of either pad,switchgear or substation..Can any one please let me know, is there any possibility way to transfer the internal worlds from source file like microstation.

Are you possibly referring to Smallworld internal worlds? If yes, you could look at Smallworld FME Translator or SBS Smallworld Plug-in for FME.
