Thanks your data.
I tried to open in FME Desktop using the Reader NMEA Automatic Identification System (AIS), txt, csv but without success.
Maybe this format is encrypted. I searched on the web if has any python library ( transformer PythonCaller ) to work with this format, but without success.

BTW, we found a site where it can convert the ubx file to kml, http://www.gpsvisualizer.com/
(upload and download the file manually)
but we would like have this process automated in FME.
