SVG writer - how to define title and attribute after tag?

Hello everybody,

 

I have to solve urgently problem with generating of SVG files. I still cant find way, how to define title of SVG file and also, how to insert my attribute after <g id> tag, see pic below?

 

Please, do You have any tip, how to figure out this problem?
