small world - inside world (CAD to SW)

i would like know what can i do to pass dwg files to small world. i have a trench in small wolrd and i could know what can i do to pass some elements define in CAD inside trench. i know that these elements would have the same inicial and finish point that trench. but i don´t know what can i do to put these elements inside the trench, thanks for all.
