Hi

I am using FME Cloud. Please can you let me know how to access \\Server\\fmeEngineConfig*.txt to change the value of FME_RESULT_LIFETIME

Thanks

Mark

The cleanup of FME Engine files can now be configured from the Web UI. Please check out our documentation:

https://docs.safe.com/fme/html/FME_Server_Documentation/Content/WebUI/Configuring-System-Cleanup-Settings.htm

Hi Mark

There is currently no easy way to change this parameter on FME Cloud. We have an open development task to add this parameter to the Web UI and there is kind of a workaround, if you contact us through support. Could you please file a support case with us so we can give you full details and connect you with the development task we have open:

Thanks

I am trying now to read/write a parameter in FME Server on the cloud but unfortunately the above link is now broken. Would it be possible to upload the file again?

Thanks

Hi @alex_chris,

I added a new answer with a link to our documentation for the Cleanup Tasks.

Can you let me know which parameter you want to read/write on FME Cloud? In general, all features should be configurable via the WebUI without needing access to the FME Server configuration files.

Kind regards,
