Hi,
rather than referring to the exact list in the url (example: https://domainX.sharepoint.com/sites/subsite/subsite2/Lists/Database of sites/AllItems.aspx), just paste the url of the subsite ( example: https://domainX.sharepoint.com/sites/subsite/subsite2) and FME will open another window under parameters which lists all the available libraries and lists that can be read via FME.
