I try to read an excel file stored in company sharepoint site
but no success
I need to ask to IT some special rights ?
any idea ?

I believe you need a user and password with sufficient rights to read (and maybe download?)

A Sharepoint 'package' should arrive very soon that will include the ability to access formats supported by FME directly on Sharepoint via a web connection as well as a dedicated SharepointConnector Transformer. This will include Excel.
