It is my understanding (as of 2016) that Petrel Studio implements storage of its data within either Oracle Spatial or SQLServer Spatial enabled tables. Since those readers already exist in FME, The heavy lifting for this would be in knowing which tables to join or query to get specific items of interest. I think everything but the models can be extracted.
