Is there a way to update the GeoLocation of a IFC model in FME?

Hello, I'm working with some IFC files for a project. As part of the project I need to change the GeoLocation of some of these files to better match the final model that I'm making.

I'm doing the final model in Infraworks and the IFC are exports from Revit.
