Is there a reader for OpenSpirt?
I think there was at one point but I can't find it in the list of readers.

I also can't find the format name in the list.
I'm not sure what kind of the format specification is. If it is written in a general-purpose format such as XML or text, it possibly could be read with associated reader.
Anyway, I would recommend you to contact your reseller or Safe since this is a question regarding FME product spec.
