Is it possible to start reading from a random row?

The scenario is 

 

 

The ask how can i eliminate to read from row 1. The attributes that I intend to process is 

No, Name and ID

If reading from an excel file, you can select the field names row and the cell range

 Hi ​@aashnaparikh , when you add the reader, you can adjust this in Parameters.

 Then here you can change Field Names Row from 1 to 2 

And normally you will obtain this :
