Is it possible to link cobie file of bim to a esri geodatabase?

Sorry but i think you are missunderstanding both BIM and COBie. COBie is simply a schema in xls. So can FME read xls... yes however making sense of the features needs your input.

In Revit, the COBie data is stored as additional schedules. If you include all schedules when using the FME Exporter in Revit, the COBie data will be read as additional attributes by the Revit reader.
