IFC reader on FME server

The IFC reader needs to have an actual IFC file as its dataset when it's created. How can I create a reader that's able to handle any IFC file that's uploaded to the FME server?

After the reader is created it seems that I can change the dataset to be given in a parameter, but I don't understand what the meaning of the IFC file given to the original dataset is.
