How to transpose an excel sheet, but only a couple of columns.

I have a logger output excel spreadsheet where the easting, northing, height, and sensor value are in one column but I need them each to be an independent column. So I need to add four new columns to the excel and populate them from the one column while leaving the loggercode and dateutcdate alone.
