A GeometryReplacer using the Wkt column will build the geometries you need to write to a shape file.

Hi @bkolubenka, if you are new to FME, I'd highly recommend to first get familiar with some core concepts of FME by going over this Tutorial. It will make learning FME much easier.
And to use the GeometryReplacer transformer egomm and danilo_fme suggested, the documentation will hopefully help a bit too.
