How do I retrieve the setting for Global Width on the geometries?

I answer myself so others don't have to spend time looking for the answer.

The AutoCAD Global Width setting is stored in the autocad_width attribute in FME. If the advanced reader parameter "Stora Bulge Info" is turned on you can retrieve the attributes autocad_start_width and autocad_end_width if they differ from the Global Width.
