Hi @tsymbalruslan2, Like erik_jan suggested, the Smallworld plug-in by Spatial Business Systems is a great option to connect to Smallworld Database.

It also included some other options. Hope this helps.
Here's a tutorial. There are a few ways to do this. We will be building something using smallwords translators suite to talk to FME and then across to ESRI SDE and back again.

Note that you will need the FME smallword edition, which I believe ships from GE.
