Please attach the log file or paste the Error message
Can you confirm the bit version (i.e. 32bit and 64bit) of FME Desktop and Oracle Client that you are using?
Can you confirm that Esri ArcGIS Desktop/Pro in installed on the same system as your FME Desktop? As Geodatabase have a dependency on Esri license
Can you also clarify if the error is in the reader (i.e. Oracle) or writer i.e.(Geodatabase SDE)?
