I find purging the temp files (Tools menu > Purge Temporary Files) sometimes help.

Is it also happening when running the translation without feature caching?

Is it always doing that or only with certain workspaces/datasets?

You can try turning the Log Debug on, to see if you get more information about the cause.

And open a support request https://www.safe.com/support/

Hi @amolparande,

Sorry to hear that you've run into this issue. When you submit your case, please include:

  1. an FME Report generated from the system_information.bat file from General Troubleshooting | Gathering System Information
  2. a screenshot of your Windows crash event

Some things you can try in the meantime are to check that your graphics drivers are up to date. There's a bit more information from this previous Forum question.

Thanks!

Jovita
