I have a large amount of stereo image pairs for the Appalachian Trail and was wondering if anyone has ever used FME Desktop to process stereo image pairs into a DEM product. If so I'd greatly appreicate any help you can provide on this topic.

Hi @j87foster,

I'm sorry, but FME does not have the tools necessary to extract DEM from stereo pair images. For this you will need a dedicated photogrammetry application. You may find cloud based applications, like ReCap Photo, more cost effective for a single DEM extraction.
