Have a look at the PDFPageFormatter transformer in conjunction with the PDF Writer.

If it's tabular (non-spatial) data, try the TableAdder custom transformer from the FME Store. That will convert your attribute data to a vector set of features that can be written out to PDF.

For more details, well its like creating reports (états) in Access.
