Can FME Server (FME Engine) read TrafMan Databases?

Just wondering if FME can read data from a TrafMan Database? (data generated by street traffic counters)

For reference FME Server uses the same processing engine as FME Desktop so their reading/writing capabilities are the same. Format support can be checked here:

TrafMan is not a database I'm familiar with but its feasible that rather than it being completely prorietary it could be based on a common database standard or allow ODBC connections. FME does have an ODBC Reader that may be of use...
